How hours packs work
Use them on anything
Support, bug fixes, enhancements and new development all come out of the same pack, on any of your websites, portals or stores.
Valid for 6 months
Your hours are available for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Every pack is charged at $125 an hour + GST, so you can choose the size that suits your plans and budget.

For each piece of work we give you a time estimate first, so you always know how much of your pack it will use.

6 months from the date you buy the pack. If you're likely to need more time than that, a smaller pack and a top-up later is usually the better choice.
We give you a time estimate before we start each piece of work, so you can decide whether to go ahead and know how much of your pack it will use.
Prices are shown plus GST, and GST is added at checkout. The 5-hour pack is $625 + GST ($687.50 including GST). You'll receive a tax invoice by email.

No. Anyone can buy a pack. After you buy, book a kickoff call and we'll get access to your site and agree what to start on.
