Web Divine support team
Hi, it's the Web Divine team. Send us the login and tell us when it stopped. We'll back the site up first, then find what broke.
Replied
Most people who call our team about support start with one of these four sentences.
“My developer has stopped replying.”
We take over WordPress sites built by someone else, including the tangle of logins, hosting and domain that usually comes with them.
“An update broke something and I don't know what.”
We take a backup, find what changed and repair it. Then we keep updates on a schedule, so it doesn't catch you out again.
“Small changes take weeks.”
On the care plan, small content changes are part of the service. You send it once and it gets done.
“I think the site's been hacked.”
We clean it up, restore from a backup where there is one, and close the gap that let it happen.
A WordPress site is a stack of parts from different makers, and it usually breaks where two of them meet. Our team looks after the whole stack, so there's one place to call.
New opening hours, a new team member, a price update. On the care plan, small changes are part of the service, not a new quote each time.
The things that quietly stop working: enquiry forms, booking links, analytics. We fix them, then test that enquiries really arrive.
Updated every month on the care plan, so known security holes don't sit open.
When an update breaks the layout or a feature, we find what changed and repair it.
The platform itself kept current, and its user accounts kept in order.
Hosting on a Sydney-based server, the SSL certificate managed for you, and a backup taken every day.
Who owns the domain, where it points and when it renews. We untangle it when you're moving away from another provider.
You don't need to rebuild, and you don't need to know what's wrong. This is how it goes.
A call or a message is enough to start. You don't need to know the technical name for it.
We check the site, the plugins, the hosting and the domain, then tell you plainly what it needs.
Nothing gets touched until there's a copy we can roll back to.
Move onto the care plan, keep a pack of hours with us, or call when you need us.
The same team does the work whichever you choose. The more you commit to, the lower the hourly rate.

“We engaged Web Divine to redesign our website with a focus on improving our branding, SEO, and overall user experience. They were easy to work with, took the time to understand our business, and delivered a clean, modern site that better reflects who we are as an ICT company. The LinkedIn integration is a nice touch, making it easier to connect with our audience and showcase what we do. We’ve also seen improvements in how the site presents in search, and the structure now supports both client engagement and general enquiries more effectively. Communication was straightforward, feedback was handled quickly, and the whole process felt well managed from start to finish. A solid team if you’re looking for a practical, well-executed website uplift.”

Answers to the usual questions
Yes. A lot of our WordPress support starts that way. We look over the site, the plugins, the hosting and the domain first, tell you what we found, and take a backup before changing anything.
Hosting on a Sydney-based server, a backup taken every day, SSL certificate management, plugin updates every month and small content changes when you need them. It's $49 a month plus GST, for WordPress sites.
Our standard rate is $150 an hour. Pre-paid hours packs bring that down to $125 an hour (5 hours for $625, 10 hours for $1,250, 20 hours for $2,500), and monthly retainers to $110 an hour, from $550 a month. All prices are plus GST. Bigger projects are scoped first, then quoted at a fixed price.
Hours packs are valid for 6 months from the day you buy them, and you can use them for any work: fixes, changes, improvements or new features. There's no monthly commitment.
No. We can fix and look after a WordPress site where it's hosted now. If the hosting itself is the problem we'll say so, and moving to our Sydney-based hosting is an option, not a condition.
Yes. Call us on 0426 219 629. We clean the site, restore from a backup where one exists, update what was out of date and close the gap that let it happen.
No. You keep ownership of your domain, your site and your data. Pay-as-you-go and hours packs have no ongoing commitment, and a retainer has a three-month minimum, after which you can stop whenever you like.
The same team supports these too.
We support websites for businesses in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Geelong and across Australia.
