Sound familiar?

Most people who call our team about support start with one of these four sentences.

  • “The site's down and I don't know who to call.”

Call us. We work out whether it's the hosting, the domain or the site itself, and tell you plainly.

  • “Nobody knows who owns the domain.”

We trace who holds the domain, the hosting and the logins, and help you get them back under your control.

  • “Our web person has moved on.”

We take over sites built by someone else, including the tangle of logins that comes with them.

  • “Small changes take weeks.”

Keep a pack of hours with us and send changes through as they come up.

Everything between your domain and your customer

A website is a stack of parts owned by different people, and it usually breaks where two of them meet. Our team looks after the whole stack, so there's one place to call.

  • Content and small changes

New opening hours, a new team member, a price update. Send it through and it gets done.

  • Forms, bookings and tracking

The things that quietly stop working: enquiry forms, booking links, analytics. We fix them, then test that enquiries really arrive.

  • Design and front-end code

Layout bugs, slow pages and anything that looks wrong on a phone.

  • Integrations and APIs

The connections to your CRM, booking system, payment gateway or accounting software, kept working when either side changes.

  • The platform or custom build

WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or a custom React or Next.js application. We work in all of them.

  • Hosting, SSL and backups

Where the site lives and how it's backed up. We fix it where it is, or move it if the hosting is the problem.

  • Domain and DNS

Who owns the domain, where it points and when it renews. We untangle it when you're moving away from another provider.

Taking over a site someone else built

You don't need to rebuild, and you don't need to know what's wrong. This is how it goes.

  1. 1

    Tell us what's wrong

A call or a message is enough to start. You don't need to know the technical name for it.

  2. 2

    We look before we quote

We check the site, the hosting and the domain, then tell you plainly what it needs.

  3. 3

Backup first, then the urgent fix

Nothing gets touched until there's a copy we can roll back to.

  4. 4

    Kept looked after

Keep a pack of hours with us, move to a monthly retainer, or call when you need us.

“We engaged Web Divine to redesign our website with a focus on improving our branding, SEO, and overall user experience. They were easy to work with, took the time to understand our business, and delivered a clean, modern site that better reflects who we are as an ICT company. The LinkedIn integration is a nice touch, making it easier to connect with our audience and showcase what we do. We’ve also seen improvements in how the site presents in search, and the structure now supports both client engagement and general enquiries more effectively. Communication was straightforward, feedback was handled quickly, and the whole process felt well managed from start to finish. A solid team if you’re looking for a practical, well-executed website uplift.”

Web Divine support team

Answers to the usual questions

Yes. A lot of our support work starts that way. We look over the site, the hosting and the domain first, tell you what we found, and take a backup before changing anything.

WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom-built sites and web apps in React and Next.js. If yours is built on something else, ask us; we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right team for it.

Our standard rate is $150 an hour. Pre-paid hours packs bring that down to $125 an hour (5 hours for $625, 10 hours for $1,250, 20 hours for $2,500), and monthly retainers to $110 an hour, from $550 a month. All prices are plus GST. Bigger projects are scoped first, then quoted at a fixed price.

A pack is pre-paid hours you draw down whenever you need them. A retainer reserves time with our team every month at a lower hourly rate, with a 3-month minimum. Retainers are billed monthly for the hours actually used, and unused hours don't roll over.

Hours packs are valid for 6 months from the day you buy them, and you can use them for any work: fixes, changes, improvements or new features. There's no monthly commitment.

No. We can fix and look after a site where it's hosted now. If the hosting itself is the problem we'll say so, and moving it is an option, not a condition.

No. You keep ownership of your domain, your site and your data. Pay-as-you-go and hours packs have no ongoing commitment, and a retainer has a three-month minimum, after which you can stop whenever you like.
