WooCommerce support from a team that keeps the checkout working

An update broke the checkout, the store has slowed to a crawl, or orders have stopped reaching your accounts. Our Melbourne team provides WooCommerce support and maintenance for stores across Australia, including the ones we didn't build.

Sound familiar?

Most people who call our team about support start with one of these four sentences.

  • “An update broke the checkout.”

We take a backup, find which update changed what, and repair it. Then we test a real order from cart to confirmation.

  • “The store has slowed to a crawl.”

We find what's dragging it down, whether that's a plugin, the hosting or a catalogue that has outgrown its setup, and fix that.

  • “Orders aren't reaching our accounts or stock system.”

We trace where the connection broke and get orders flowing again, to your accounting, shipping or stock software.

  • “The developer who built it has moved on.”

We take over WooCommerce stores built by someone else, including the logins, hosting and payment accounts that come with them.

Everything between your domain and your customer

A WooCommerce store is WordPress, a stack of extensions and the payment and shipping services wired into it. It usually breaks where two of them meet. Our team looks after the whole stack.

  • Products and content

New products, prices, categories and pages. Send it through and it gets done.

  • Order emails and tracking

Order confirmations that stop sending and sales that stop being counted. We fix them, then test with a real order.

  • Extensions and plugins

Kept up to date, and checked against each other before an update reaches your checkout.

  • Theme and custom code

When an update breaks the layout or a feature, we find what changed and repair it.

  • Checkout, payments and shipping

Payment gateways, shipping rates, tax and discount rules checked when something stops adding up.

  • WordPress, hosting and backups

The platform kept current, on hosting that can carry the store, with a backup taken every day.

  • Domain and DNS

Who owns the domain, where it points and when it renews. We untangle it when you're moving away from another provider.

Taking over a WooCommerce store someone else built

Your store keeps trading while we work. This is how it goes.

  1. 1

    Tell us what's wrong

A call or a message is enough to start. You don't need to know the technical name for it.

  2. 2

    We look before we quote

We check the store, its extensions, the hosting and the payment setup, then tell you plainly what it needs.

  3. 3

Backup first, then the urgent fix

Nothing gets touched until there's a copy we can roll back to.

  4. 4

    Kept looked after

Move onto the care plan, keep a pack of hours with us, or call when you need us.

“We engaged Web Divine to redesign our website with a focus on improving our branding, SEO, and overall user experience. They were easy to work with, took the time to understand our business, and delivered a clean, modern site that better reflects who we are as an ICT company. The LinkedIn integration is a nice touch, making it easier to connect with our audience and showcase what we do. We’ve also seen improvements in how the site presents in search, and the structure now supports both client engagement and general enquiries more effectively. Communication was straightforward, feedback was handled quickly, and the whole process felt well managed from start to finish. A solid team if you’re looking for a practical, well-executed website uplift.”

Answers to the usual questions

Yes. We check the store, its extensions, the hosting and the payment setup first, tell you what we found, and take a backup before changing anything.

We take a full backup before any change, and test the checkout with a real order afterwards. For bigger changes we work on a copy of the store first, so customers never see work in progress.

Yes. We regularly connect stores to accounting software, shipping services, payment gateways and stock systems, and repair those connections when an update breaks them.

Our standard rate is $150 an hour. Pre-paid hours packs bring that down to $125 an hour (5 hours for $625, 10 hours for $1,250, 20 hours for $2,500), and monthly retainers to $110 an hour, from $550 a month. All prices are plus GST. Bigger projects are scoped first, then quoted at a fixed price.

Hours packs are valid for 6 months from the day you buy them, and you can use them for any work: fixes, changes, improvements or new features. There's no monthly commitment.

Sometimes. WooCommerce gives you more control and no platform fees; Shopify takes hosting, security and updates off your plate. We build on both, so we'll tell you honestly which suits your store, and we can migrate it if moving makes sense.

No. You keep ownership of your domain, your site and your data. Pay-as-you-go and hours packs have no ongoing commitment, and a retainer has a three-month minimum, after which you can stop whenever you like.
