Shopify support from a team that knows the platform

A theme update broke the storefront, an app is slowing everything down, or the person who built the store has moved on. We're a Melbourne Shopify Partner, and our team provides Shopify support and maintenance for stores across Australia, including the ones we didn't build.

Sound familiar?

Most people who call our team about support start with one of these four sentences.

  • “A theme update broke my store.”

We work on a copy of the theme, find what the update changed, and publish the fix once it's tested.

  • “The store is slow and I don't know which app is doing it.”

We find the app or script that's dragging the store down, and remove what you're paying for but not using.

  • “The developer who built it has moved on.”

We take over stores built by someone else. You stay the owner; we work through a collaborator account.

  • “My tracking has stopped working.”

Shopify is retiring script tags, and older tracking breaks with them. We move it onto Shopify's pixels and check that sales are being counted again.

Everything between your domain and your customer

A Shopify store is your theme, a pile of apps and a set of settings, each made by someone different. It usually breaks where two of them meet. Our team looks after the whole stack.

  • Products, collections and content

New products, collection changes, banners and pages. Send it through and it gets done.

  • Tracking and pixels

Google, Meta and other tracking moved off script tags and onto Shopify's own pixel system, then tested end to end.

  • Apps

We find the app that's slowing the store or clashing with the theme, and remove what you're paying for but not using.

  • Theme and custom code

Fixes and new sections built on a copy of your theme, so the live store isn't touched until they're ready.

  • Checkout and payments

Payment, shipping and discount settings checked when something stops adding up.

  • Shopify plan and settings

Staff accounts, permissions and settings kept in order. We'll tell you honestly whether you need a bigger plan.

  • Domain and DNS

Who owns the domain, where it points and when it renews. We untangle it when you're moving away from another provider.

Taking over a Shopify store someone else built

Your store keeps selling the whole way through. This is how it goes.

  1. 1

    Tell us what's wrong

A call or a message is enough to start. You don't need to know the technical name for it.

  2. 2

    We look before we quote

You send a collaborator invite. We check the theme, the apps and the settings, then tell you plainly what it needs.

  3. 3

A copy of the theme first

We work on a duplicate, so your live store keeps selling while we fix it.

  4. 4

    Kept looked after

Keep a pack of hours with us, move to a monthly retainer, or call when you need us.

“We engaged Web Divine to redesign our website with a focus on improving our branding, SEO, and overall user experience. They were easy to work with, took the time to understand our business, and delivered a clean, modern site that better reflects who we are as an ICT company. The LinkedIn integration is a nice touch, making it easier to connect with our audience and showcase what we do. We’ve also seen improvements in how the site presents in search, and the structure now supports both client engagement and general enquiries more effectively. Communication was straightforward, feedback was handled quickly, and the whole process felt well managed from start to finish. A solid team if you’re looking for a practical, well-executed website uplift.”

Answers to the usual questions

Yes. We check the theme, the apps and the settings first, tell you what we found, and work on a copy of the theme so the live store isn't touched until the fix is ready.

Through a Shopify collaborator account. You approve our request from your Shopify admin, you stay the store owner, and you never have to share your own password.

It can be. Shopify apps can no longer add script tags, and existing ones stop loading on 1 March 2027. If your Google or Meta tracking was installed that way, it needs moving to Shopify's pixel system. We can check and move it for you.

Our standard rate is $150 an hour. Pre-paid hours packs bring that down to $125 an hour (5 hours for $625, 10 hours for $1,250, 20 hours for $2,500), and monthly retainers to $110 an hour, from $550 a month. All prices are plus GST. Bigger projects are scoped first, then quoted at a fixed price.

A pack is pre-paid hours you draw down whenever you need them. A retainer reserves time with our team every month at a lower hourly rate, with a 3-month minimum. Retainers are billed monthly for the hours actually used, and unused hours don't roll over.

Hours packs are valid for 6 months from the day you buy them, and you can use them for any work: fixes, changes, improvements or new features. There's no monthly commitment.

Yes. We migrate from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and custom platforms, carrying over products, customers and orders and redirecting old URLs so you keep your search rankings.
