What Unify Disability Services needed
Unify Disability Services is one of Australia's fastest-growing NDIS providers, offering allied health, behaviour support, and disability support services across Victoria, NSW, and Queensland. They needed a digital platform that could scale with their rapid growth - one that simplified the referral process, showcased live wait times across multiple locations, and communicated their award-winning culture to participants and families.
Strategy & Approach
How we approached it
We designed and built a custom WordPress website with a focus on conversion and accessibility. The centrepiece is a streamlined referral form that takes an average of just 4 minutes to complete - replacing a clunky process that was losing potential participants. We integrated live wait time data by location and service type, built out dedicated service pages for each allied health discipline, and created a location-based system with interactive maps.
